Kyle turned himself in to the Olathe, Kansas police department after a warrant surfaced from investigating an acquaintance and he was sentenced to 82 months for marijuana possession and distribution in a maximum level security prison in El Dorado.
Kyle was released on December 16th of 2021. Six years at a maximum level security prison in El Dorado cost Kansas taxpayers $180,600.
He states, “Whether the system gets better or not, I am going to be successful.”
